We are happy to help you finance your investment apartment in Viadukt through JRD HYPOTÉKA. Our mortgage service is fast, personalised, and free of fees.
The reservation fee of CZK 150,000 (including VAT) forms part of the purchase price. The first instalment is 10% of the purchase price, payable on signature of the Future Purchase Contract, and the second is 90% of the purchase price including VAT, payable after the project's final inspection.
