Healthy living, urban standard
Viadukt combines comfort, refined design, and modern, environmentally friendly technologies.
Premium materials and technologies
From controlled ventilation with heat recovery and sensors that measure CO₂ and humidity to generously sized triple-glazed windows, the apartments are equipped with state-of-the-art systems and high-quality materials, delivering excellent thermal, acoustic, and daylight comfort.
Healthy and sustainable living
At JRD, we believe that housing should benefit both people and the planet. As with all our projects, Viadukt has been designed in line with our principles of healthy living, with a strong focus on quality, health, well-being, and support for the local community.
Custom-designed interiors
Have your home furnished with high-quality, handcrafted furniture. In selected apartments, we offer, in collaboration with Hanák interior design studio and Bonami, complete furnishing solutions designed specifically for Viadukt. This makes the process fast, cost-effective, and high-quality — without taking up any of your time. We’ll take care of everything for you; just say the word.
Community terrace
To foster a sense of community among neighbours, a shared terrace has been created with views of Prague Castle, the river, and Vyšehrad. The terrace is a great place for barbecues, growing herbs, and any other fun activities. We believe that it will help make life at Viadukt more enjoyable and further enhance the overall quality of living.
Fit-out configurator

jrd.czHealthy indoor environment
Indoor air quality, natural daylight, and acoustic comfort play a key role in both physical and mental well-being. That is why we place particular emphasis on these factors in all our projects.
Energy efficiency
Thanks to ground-source heat pumps and ceiling-based radiant heating and cooling systems, our projects are up to five times more energy-efficient while ensuring optimal thermal comfort throughout the year.
Well-being and community development
We place strong emphasis on the design of shared spaces and the surrounding environment. We create spaces that encourage people to meet, connect, and relax, because we believe that a sense of home fosters relationships and a sense of belonging.
