Excellent access to the centre and the rest of Prague
23.09.2026Viadukt Smíchov is within minutes of central Prague. Anděl metro station and Smíchovské nádraží (line B) are within walking distance, complemented by a dense network of tram lines connecting Smíchov with Národní třída, Malá Strana and other neighbourhoods. The area is also undergoing a significant transformation: the neighbouring Smíchov railway station is being turned into a modern transport terminal, with the first platforms brought into service earlier this year and more to follow in autumn 2026. What has until now been largely an interchange is becoming a fully fledged hub, with an entire new district developing around it.
Sport and exercise just around the corner
22.09.2026Popular cycle paths and running trails run along the Vltava, taking you to the river or into the city centre in moments. For more demanding training there is the Next.Move Smíchov fitness club, the SmíchOFF climbing centre for indoor climbing enthusiasts, and the Radlice and Podolí swimming pools. Whether you prefer running along the river, strength training, climbing, or simply a swim, everything you need is within easy reach.

A vibrant neighbourhood full of culture and life
20.09.2026Smíchov is one of those Prague neighbourhoods where you are never bored. A few minutes' walk from Viadukt Smíchov brings you to the riverside, where markets, festivals and open-air cinemas run from spring through to autumn, or to Švandovo divadlo, one of Prague's most distinctive theatre spaces. The surrounding area offers a varied mix of cafés, restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch or an evening drink, and concerts and cultural events for all ages take place regularly nearby. Living at Viadukt Smíchov means having social and cultural life literally around the corner — with no need to travel anywhere.
