The total apartment area is the floor area of all rooms in the apartment within the meaning of Government Regulation No. 366/2013 Coll., including all vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures inside the apartment, such as walls, columns, pillars, chimneys and similar vertical structures. The total area includes the area occupied by fixtures and fittings (e.g. a bathtub, built-in cupboards, shower enclosure, toilet bowl and service walls). The total area does not include storage rooms, cellars, terraces, balconies, loggias, grassed terraces or private gardens. The garage price covers all garage parking spaces reserved for the unit. Selected units can be purchased without a garage parking space. The total package price is the price of the unit, cellar and garage parking space, if assigned to the unit.
